Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing construction drawings and preparing quantity requirements as per drawings. This includes calculating material costs as per calculated quantities and documenting any changes in design and updating budgets accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prepare Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and vet all demands of construction materials according to specifications. Additionally, they will compare and vet all bills against actual work at site.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Diploma in Quantity Surveying with minimum 3 years of experience. Residential and commercial construction estimating experience is a must.
