Plasterer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team and contribute to the success of our construction projects.

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old finishes, filling cracks and holes, and sanding down rough areas.
• Mix and apply plaster using trowels, floats, or spray equipment.
• Achieve a smooth and even finish by utilizing hand tools or mechanical tools.
• Repair any damaged areas by patching up holes or cracks with appropriate materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by covering floors, furniture, and fixtures with protective coverings and cleaning up after each project.
• Effectively communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient completion of projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plastering and finishing.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a cohesive team.
• In-depth knowledge of various types of plaster materials and their application techniques.
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift heavy objects, and work at heights if necessary.
• Strong communication skills in English (Urdu would be an asset).
• Ability to read blueprints or comprehend construction drawings.
