Job Description

Taj Corporation is looking for an IT Executive who can develop and implement effective IT strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring customer-centric software development, and upholding data security standards across all business centers.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement IT infrastructure at business centers.
  2. Develop and maintain customer-centric software solutions through regular upgrades.
  3. Manage data security and backup protocols to prevent potential losses.
  4. Oversee IT asset management and connectivity troubleshooting across all business centers.
  5. Provide IT support to other departments and conduct training sessions for human resources personnel.
  6. Establish and enforce policies and procedures for the IT department.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization.
  • Strong communication, training, and IT skills.
  • Result-oriented, highly organized, and motivated with excellent team management skills.
  • Able to lead and influence with sound decision-making qualities.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English as well as IT software.
  • Will to travel and adapt to changing requirements.
Education

Post-qualification degree in Computer Science or related field.
