Video Content Manager

We seek a skilled professional to lead our video content strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Digital Content Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive content plan for multiple YouTube channels, ensuring high-quality video content aligns with brand strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Search Engine Optimization: Oversee the optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall channel visibility.
  • Platform Utilization: Leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor, analyze, and improve content performance, making data-driven decisions to adapt to market changes quickly.
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor channels and other market trends, using insights to refine content management and creative strategies, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
Key Competencies:
  • Proven experience in video content management, SEO, and digital content creation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools; deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics and Tubular Labs.
