We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations for vendors and customers.
  • Bookkeeping:Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records.
  • Bank Reconciliation:Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Financial Reporting:Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.
  • Tax Compliance:Assist in tax filing (GST, VAT, TDS, etc.) and statutory compliance.
  • Payroll Processing:Support payroll calculations and disbursement.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
  • Auditing Support:Provide assistance during internal and external audits.
  • Expense Management:Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
  • Software & ERP Management:Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) for financial data management.
  • Vendor & Client Coordination:Handle queries related to accounts, invoices, and payments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
