Project Management Role

As a project manager, you would oversee the development and installation of computer systems for various organizations. Your primary responsibility would be to ensure projects are completed on time, meeting quality standards and client expectations. You could work for an IT company or any organization reliant on IT systems, managing diverse projects such as introducing new patient record systems in hospitals or upgrading computer networks in call centers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Determine client IT system requirements
  • Plan project stages and assess business implications
  • Cordinate project team efforts, including developers

  • Adjust plans to address unforeseen circumstances
  • Evaluate and ensure smooth transition from old to new IT systems
