This position will play a key role in driving the delivery of data to the business by fostering close collaboration between stakeholders. You will capture requirements for new data and solutions, breaking them down into actionable steps, and translate them into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. They will collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, including Product Management, Scrum Master, and Business Stakeholders, to drive process improvements and ensure efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Financial Directors and Business Stakeholders to understand business logic and translate it into technical requirements.
  • Analyze complex problems, document them clearly, and prioritize tasks for stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine technical requirements for the Technology teams.
  • Support Sprint Manager in grooming the team backlog and managing user stories with input from system architects/engineering and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with sprint managers and QA leads to ensure efficient delivery in line with business expectations.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the Business facing side of the Technology Team.
  • Document processes and ways of working to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with the business on the status of items and blockers.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the data landscape to inform future technological decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business analysis within a technical environment.
  • Deep understanding of LDW and Data Lake architecture.
  • Experience working in high-priority data projects.
  • Able to analyze complex problems and document them clearly for stakeholders.
  • Effective collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders, including development teams and BA's.
  • Adaptability and efficiency in an agile environment and fast-paced organization.
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies and process design.
  • Practical experience working in big data projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to adjust narrative based on context.
  • High level of technical expertise with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Results-driven individual with a structured and organized approach to work.
  • Confidence and ability to challenge when necessary.
  • Capacity to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team and collaborate with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a hands-on mentality.
