Drive Sales Growth and Expansion

A Territory Sales Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expansion of the retail network. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager and is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on market dynamics, products, and the Regional Operating Model.
  • Conduct regular visits to the market to monitor stock availability and conduct spot checks.
  • Manage assigned franchises, developing relationships and facilitating smooth operations.
  • Ensure timely visibility of daily reports from the Area Manager and follow up with franchisees.
  • Develop the retail and distribution network by engaging franchise staff and dealers.
  • Focus on enablers such as BVS activation, EVC, market float management, dealer service levels, and recharge targets.
  • Work towards achieving KPIs related to recharge, gross adds, JazzCash transactions, MBB, and active retail base.
  • Engage retailers in planning below-the-line activities based on target achievement.
  • Utilize trade marketing effectively and aim to expand territory footprint and improve KPIs.
  • Maintain territory integrity and prevent infringement.
  • Develop healthy relationships with retailers and franchise owners.
  • Regularly review and improve JazzCash & Voice KPIs.
  • Proactively introduce new ideas and processes for team improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering challenging projects from planning to rollout.
  • Ability to work remotely and under supervision to enhance sales and distribution channels.
  • Achievement of monthly KPI targets such as JazzCash Wallet Activation, Post-paid & Prepaid Sales, Remittances, etc.
  • Ability to increase business penetration in assigned areas.
  • Proven experience in sales management and channel development.
