Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Manager to join our technology team. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance process, ensuring the development of high-quality products, and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management: Proactively identify improvements in QA processes, participate in phases of key projects, ensure testability of new and existing features, and ensure comprehensive test coverage through manual and automated test suites.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Automation and Manual QA engineers, monitor performance, provide feedback, and support the growth of technical skills.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software testing.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining CI systems, preferably using GitHub Actions.
  • Experience using Playwright with Typescript.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to prioritize tasks based on impact, implementability, and resources availability.
  • Able to motivate others.
  • High degree of problem-solving skill and sound judgment.
  • Must be a very driven, curious, and creative individual.
