We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments.

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). They will also build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

The successful candidate will configure and optimize containerized applications using Docker and container orchestration tools. They will implement serverless architectures leveraging AWS Lambda and related services.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining queue systems for asynchronous processing using SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, or Kinesis. The DevOps Engineer will monitor system performance and implement automated scaling solutions.

They will create and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to track system health and efficiency. Ensuring infrastructure security through implementation of AWS security best practices is also a key responsibility.

The DevOps Engineer will collaborate with development teams to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level Linux administration skills including shell scripting, system optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, API Gateway, and ECS/EKS
  • Experience with Docker container technologies and image optimization
  • Hands-on experience implementing messaging and queue systems (SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, Kinesis)
  • Proficiency in creating performance monitoring dashboards and defining relevant KPIs
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.)
