Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Systems Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying AI systems, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and fine-tuning LLMs for various Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks. They will also collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy ML models in distributed environments.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work with unstructured data and leverage optimization techniques for model performance. Experience with Vector Databases and MongoDB is highly desirable.

The right candidate will be able to integrate and experiment with frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers and PyTorch, and contribute to research and development of innovative ML, DL, and NLP solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience in LLM Model Training and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Hands-on experience with Vector Databases and MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Familiarity with Distributed Computing frameworks and Optimization Techniques.
  • Practical knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers and PyTorch.
