Cloud Support Specialist Job Description:

About the Position

This role is responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations, leveraging expertise in Microsoft 365 support to provide high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical assistance and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Troubleshoot email deliverability issues, phishing attacks, domain management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and security incidents.
  • Handle licensing assignments, optimization, and cost management for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Respond to escalated issues from helpdesk within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Implement and monitor Microsoft Secure Score recommendations to enhance overall security posture.
  • Assist customers with phishing simulations, fraud investigations, and dark web monitoring to identify potential security threats.
  • Conduct regular domain health checks, security audits, and proactive risk analysis to ensure optimal performance.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents like compromised accounts, email spoofing, and unauthorized access.
  • Guide end-users on best practices for security, compliance, and collaboration using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of technical documentation and provide support to end-users.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in providing Microsoft 365 support, preferably in managed IT services.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • PowerShell scripting experience for automation.
  • DNS management and email security knowledge (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, BIMI).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
