Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dishroom areas
  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils
  • Unload and put away clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in their designated storage areas
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
  • Remove trash and garbage from the dishroom and exterior areas

Requirements:

  • You must be able to read labels on cleaning chemicals and follow safety procedures
  • You should have knowledge of workplace safety procedures and be able to maintain a safe working environment
  • You should be able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in high-stress situations
  • You must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends
