**Quality Engineering Leadership Role**

About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Quality Engineering practice. As Associate Director, you will lead QA teams across multiple locations and drive strategic initiatives that ensure product quality excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Lead QA teams, providing strategic direction while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee testing in cloud environments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements in automation frameworks, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
Key Qualifications
  • 14+ years of experience in QE, with extensive leadership in managing multiple QA teams.
  • Proven expertise in Automation Testing, Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing (including Performance and Security), and Cloud Environment Testing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as API Automation, Selenium, Jira, Quick Test Professional (QTP), JMeter, and Burp Suite.
