Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lecturer in Human Resource Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, developing curriculum materials, and contributing to the growth and development of the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A First Class Master Degree (foreign or local) or equivalent degree in Management Sciences (HRM) from an HEC-recognized University/Institution is required. Candidates with a strong academic record and relevant professional experience will be preferred.

• A First Class Master Degree (foreign/local) or Equivalent degrees, in the discipline of Management Sciences (HRM), awarded after 18 years of education as determined by HEC from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

• Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics/Professional).
• The last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

• Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

• 3rd Division in academic career/weak academic profile.
• NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and/or absence of NOC from the Head of Institution.
• In the process of pursuing a required degree.
• Medically unfit.

Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered for the position.
