About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually striking and engaging design solutions across various media, including print, digital, and multimedia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality visual concepts that align with the brand's identity and campaign objectives.
  • Develop design layouts for digital, print, and multimedia projects, including social media, websites, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other team members to brainstorm ideas and bring creative concepts to life.
  • Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design consistency across all projects.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs communicate effectively with the target audience.
  • Maintain the highest design standards for all visual content, ensuring it is on-brand and visually appealing.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, software, and tools to maintain cutting-edge designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar visual design role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, from digital to print.
  • An excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for emerging design trends.
