Freelance Bidding Specialist

We are seeking a capable and experienced Freelance Bidding Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business from freelance bidding portals, creating business proposals and quotations, and ensuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of ongoing bidding experience on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring projects and converting them into long-term sales.
  3. Research and target prospects using digital techniques for the UK and USA markets.
  4. Manage interactions with clients efficiently and promptly via calls, emails, or chats.
  5. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent communication and project delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. A strong understanding of Upwork and Freelancer platforms, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional email content.
  3. Sharp, smart, and confident, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  4. Ability to maintain a high rating on all platforms and build strong relationships with clients.
  5. Quality project selection and bidding expertise.
