Branch Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Director to lead our marketing and relationship management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

• Directly manage and lead a marketing and relationship management team.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase growth and profitability.
• Define sales plans for relationship managers and review their performances to ensure delivery of desired results.
• Maximize revenue through available wealth management options.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to define customer goals and develop solutions that cultivate strong relationships with customers.
• Formulate and implement micro-marketing strategies at the branch level.
• Ensure implementation of control and compliance policies in line with regulatory requirements.

• Minimum 5 years experience in branch banking and deposit mobilization.
• Good knowledge of Islamic Banking Operations.
• Good experience of marketing new accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Leadership qualities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as required.
