About the Job:

Applicants must have full command of various GDS systems, including Sabre and Amadeus. A minimum of 8 years' experience in airline booking, Hajj and Umrah sales, and customer service skills are required for this rare opportunity.

Job Specifications
  • Lots of airline ticket selling expertise is required. Great customer service skills, good knowledge of airlines and their fare systems are basic job demands.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently without supervision but have to create pressure on themselves to sell and obtain business from live travel inquiries.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures for documentation, ticketing, refunds, exchanges, reissues, etc.
  • Reconfirmation of reservations to ensure accuracy at all levels.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of AMADEUS/SABRE system and travel agent experience.
  • Good faring, routing, ticketing, and hotel reservation skills.
  • Understanding of domestic/international airlines and routing.
  • Intimate knowledge of airline regulations and tariff structures.
  • Ability to analyze pricing options in multiple distribution channels.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Ability to think critically under pressure while providing the highest level of service.
  • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving.
