About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development. This is a mid-senior level, full-time role within our performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and generate leads through direct outreach and market research.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and close deals.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets set by the company.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales and business development experience.
- Demonstrated success in client outreach, lead generation, and deal closure without reliance on additional tools or software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
A competitive base salary provides a lucrative earning opportunity, along with an attractive commission structure (3.5% - 5% on each client closed). Additionally, you will have the chance to grow professionally within a dynamic environment.
