Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that drive business goals such as leads and sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain social media platforms, run ad campaigns across all channels, and build online communities.
  • Develop and schedule quality content across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase reach, engagement, followers, and drive business objectives.
  • Possess basic knowledge of graphic editing software or mobile apps to edit graphic content.
  • Analyze relevant social metrics, provide insights, and report on campaign effectiveness across social platforms.
  • Evaluate compliance with social media best practices and maintain content quality.
  • Conduct regular competitor research to stay ahead of the competition and aligned with industry trends.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in managing organic and paid social media campaigns, either in-house or agency setting.
  • Proven track record in running lead generation campaigns through paid social advertising.
  • Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes within the social media landscape.
  • Experience using social media management/scheduling and reporting tools such as Hootsuite and more.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Effective client management skills to manage client expectations.
