About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to train and coach the sales team, understand client requirements, and communicate effectively with them.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales force to meet or exceed targets.
  • Understand and communicate clients' needs to the sales team.
  • Brief clients about properties and equip the sales team with necessary knowledge and tools.
  • Conduct demonstrations, site visits, and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Foster good relationships with clients and actively seek new business opportunities through networking.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Possession of passion for sales, with a focus on excellence, team building, and customer service.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably with team management experience.
