We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on customer support, negotiation, and problem-solving.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively seeking out and qualifying new business opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients. They will also act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering exceptional customer support by addressing their queries, offering solutions, and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out and qualify new business opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Use negotiation skills to discuss contracts, terms, and close deals effectively
  • Ensure seamless execution of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Address and resolve client issues with a solution-oriented approach
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities
  • Provide clients with a clear understanding of product/service offerings
  • Regularly report on sales activities, feedback from clients, and overall progress towards sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in B2B sales with a focus on customer support, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and customer retention
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude with a focus on continual learning and improvement in sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Proven ability to effectively negotiate deals and overcome client objections
  • Ability to quickly identify challenges and find innovative solutions to meet customer needs
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive client experience at every stage of the sales cycle
