Supply Chain Analyst

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new items into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. This includes partnering with Category Managers, Sales Teams, Suppliers, and Distribution Centers to gather and verify item setup information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for all new items into the ERP system.
  • Maintain and update master data records for new and existing Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve item setup issues in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors during the item setup process.
  • Support seasonal or category resets by managing item transitions and item lifecycle updates.
  • Conduct regular audits of item files to ensure ongoing data integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in item setup, merchandising support, supply chain, or related role preferably in wholesale distribution or consumer goods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and data management systems (e.g., Oracle, NCR Counterpoint, SQL).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a customer service orientation.
