Financial Services Representative

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying and cultivating potential leads for various financial services and assisting in developing and maintaining a strong online presence for clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Identification: Identify and cultivate potential leads for various financial services via Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to understand Canadian financial markets and identify potential customer needs and trends.
  3. Client Engagement: Engage with potential leads through various communication channels, ensuring a professional and positive representation of clients.
  4. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  5. Follow-up Strategies: Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  6. Performance Reporting: Regularly track and report on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management.
  3. A strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  6. The ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
