  • Solution Design and Delivery:

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the design and delivery of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Project Scope Definition:

The selected candidate will define project scope by studying strategic business drivers and discovering and validating business and technical requirements.

Tech Solution Evaluation and Recommendation:

This role involves formulating objectives, planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability, preparing installation and modification specifications, and leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

The successful candidate will lead team members, monitor project progress, track action items, conduct design and implementation reviews, examine, research, and resolve issues, escalate issues to appropriate authority, respond to team members' concerns, and coordinate requirements with interested departments.

Quality Assurance and Documentation:

This position is responsible for developing and completing test plans, maintaining project and technical documentation, and assuring quality Web solution.

Employee Development and Performance Management:

The selected candidate will orient, train, assign, schedule, coach employees, follow production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, identify work process improvements, meet cost standards by monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving actions, and provide project status reports.

Knowledge Management and Career Advancement:

The successful candidate will update job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations, accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
