Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze product requirements and identify potential issues.
  2. Develop and execute test cases, document results, and compare them with expected outcomes.
  3. Evaluate product functionality from diverse angles, leveraging expertise to craft relevant test cases.
  4. Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for bugs/issues reported through support channels.
  5. Participate in regular team meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  6. Maintain transparency by utilizing project management tools to update task statuses.
  7. Acquire in-depth knowledge of applications and their domains.
  8. Employ a methodical approach to testing and maintain strong attention to detail.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
  3. Expertise in crafting and executing test cases, coupled with exceptional troubleshooting skills.
  4. Ability to comprehend SQA processes, possess a passion for research, and convey impactful analysis.
  5. Test automation experience is highly valued.
  6. Proven work experience on large enterprise-grade products.
  7. Strong English communication and analytical skills.
  8. Experience with API testing tools, such as Postman.
  9. Familiarity with Database testing and SQL Queries.
  10. Knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.
  11. Experience in security testing.
  12. Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile/scrum development environment.
  13. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
