We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Training Manager.

  1. A Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in core sales functions is required.
  3. Experience as a trainer is an added advantage.

The responsibilities include:

  • Delivering national training sessions on leadership and functional skills.
  • Providing guidance and support to stores.
  • Training distributor's sales force at company-operated businesses.
  • Developing training calendars and tools.
  • Designing and adapting new training programs.
  • Assisting the HR Commercial Manager with project management of HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially complex Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask and maintain work speed.

About the Job

This position is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in core sales functions, with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that improve the skills of our sales team.
  • Provide guidance and support to stores.
  • Train the sales teams of our distributors at company-operated businesses.
  • Design and implement training calendars and tools.
  • Adapt and develop new training programs to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Support the HR Commercial Manager in managing HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
