About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business expansion strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to build trust and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as business, marketing, or sales.
- 1-2 years of prior industry-related business development experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development.
- Focused and goal-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Specifications:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Understanding of different CRM systems, with the ability to effectively use them to manage client relationships.
