Key Responsibilities:

  1. Network Design and Implementation

Design and implement computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and Wi-Fi networks.

System Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and networks.

Hardware Installation and Configuration

Install and configure computer hardware components, such as desktops, laptops, and servers.

Software Updates and Configuration

Install and configure software applications, including operating systems, productivity software, and security software.

Network Security and Compliance

Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.

User Support

Provide technical assistance to users, including training and guidance on using computer systems and networks.

Maintenance Scheduling

Plan and schedule routine maintenance activities to prevent downtime and minimize disruptions.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of technical issues, maintenance activities, and user interactions.

Equipment Procurement

Identify and recommend computer and network equipment to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
