Job Title: Talent Development Manager

Overview:

The primary function of this role is to implement and manage human resources programs, practices, and procedures across the region, ensuring they align with business priorities and Group Human Resources policies.

Responsibilities include providing professional supervision and support to senior leadership, implementing an inclusion strategy and HR actions in alignment with the company's strategic plan, and deploying talent management projects within the region.

Key areas of focus include recruitment and onboarding, training needs analysis, HR process automation, job classification and banding, compliance with international and local statutory requirements, and risk management.

Additionally, this role involves maintaining personal work areas tidy and hazard-free, reporting newly identified hazards, and participating in devising suitable operational controls to eliminate or minimize risks.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in core HR activities and possess excellent interpersonal skills, good leadership abilities, and knowledge of MS Office.

This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include monthly reports, inclusion and diversity metrics, corporate social responsibility initiatives, internal policies and procedures, employee engagement activity, HRIS accuracy, talent management, learning and development, internal audit, and local support to HRs.

Qualifications include a graduate degree in any discipline, preferably an MBA in HR, and relevant training in human resources management.

Reporting lines include the HR VP/HRBP – Regional Headquarters.
