As a seasoned Sales Conversion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating growth opportunities through expert communication and needs-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage potential clients via inbound/outbound calls and live chats to drive lead conversions
- Utilize persuasive communication and strategic selling techniques to convert leads into paying customers
- Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, PPC, graphic designing, content writing, and UI/UX designing
- Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads through targeted communication strategies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups to ensure seamless service delivery
