Insurance Sales Consultant

The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging with a large number of customers over the phone and persuading their interests.

A customer-oriented focus is necessary to preserve long-term satisfaction and engagement with customers. The candidate must be highly organized and disciplined.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and prepare the communication script with good attention to details.
  • Communicate and pitch the script positively to a large number of customers on a regular basis.
  • Use the learned tips to engage customers and qualify them according to given criterion.
  • Keep note of details provided by customers and submit them to our database.
  • Attend training sessions to continuously improve your skill set and performance.
  • Increase your performance consistently & generate maximum productivity.
  • Maintain good relation with your team, demonstrate discipline and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Intermediate education is required.
  • Previous experience in a US/UK based call center/telemarketing project is preferred.
  • Good English speaking, listening and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and professionalism.
