The Trainee Dietitian is a key role in the clinical nutrition team responsible for performing various duties, including nutritional assessments and meal planning.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Perform nutritional assessments for therapeutic patients within 24 hours of admission.">
  • Plan and supervise patient meal assembly and distribution operations.">
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and report any issues promptly.">
  • Compile dietetic information and update patient nutrition plans as necessary.">
  • Provide nutritional counseling to in-patients under supervision.">
  • Conduct post-meal rounds to address any deficiencies in meal service.">
  • Calculate and plan enteral nutrition support for therapeutic diets.">
  • Inspect patient meal assembly and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of shift duties.">

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
