Skillful Project Coordinator Role

This position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task delivery, tracking project progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.

A key aspect of this role is communication, where the team member will need to effectively communicate updates and blockers to the senior team, as well as support in stakeholder communication and internal status reporting.

With a focus on collaboration and teamwork, this role requires a professional who can build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task delivery
  • Track project progress and maintain documentation
  • Communicate updates and blockers to the senior team
  • Support in stakeholder communication and internal status reporting

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a relevant role
  • BS in IT, CS, or Software Engineering (minimum requirement)
  • MS in Project Management or MBA (preferred)

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-Time (Onsite) schedule
  • Monday to Saturday working days
  • 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM working hours

Location: Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan
