Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting

You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports to assist management in making informed decisions. This will involve reviewing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Accounts Payable/Receivable

You will also be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring that all invoices are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Reconciliations and Compliance

In addition, you will perform regular reconciliations with customers and suppliers to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and reflected in the company's financial statements.

Coordination and Liaison

You will work closely with site teams to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for, and will also liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth conduct of audits.

Compliance and Risk Management

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in day-to-day operational matters involving financial impact, and will identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Oracle Proficiency

The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle systems and be proficient in using this software to manage financial data.

MS Office Skills

Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, are essential for this role, as well as strong data analysis skills.
