Job Description:
Solve complex technical problems for business customers who rely on cloud technology. Utilize strong analytical skills and pattern recognition to identify solutions. Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical questions through various channels
- Troubleshoot application and product issues
- Learn DigitalOcean systems quickly and adapt to changes
- Work collaboratively and independently in a team setting
- Identify process improvements and document them
- Manage incidents and escalations
- Help combat fraud and abuse on the platform
- Architect HA solutions for fast-growing and new customers

Requirements:
- Strong background in cloud technology and Linux systems
- Passionate about technology and customer support
- Strong analytical skills and pattern recognition
- Prior experience in Customer Success or Solutions Architecture roles
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and set expectations

Technical Skills:
- Applied knowledge of Linux, Debian, Ubuntu, Django, etc.
- Networking and Storage expertise
- Virtualization: KVM, Xen
- Experience with one or more database engines (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
