Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer interactions meet our quality standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and CRM software.
