Job Overview

A Longform Content Servicing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality content. This involves managing deadlines, coordinating with vendors and distributors, and maintaining accurate records of content assignments and processing.

Daily Activities

  • Manage content traffic across different areas, including external and internal vendors and distributors, based on parameters set by strategy teams.
  • Monitor and track content assigned, including rejections, replacements, and missing content.
  • Create and manage work orders across systems for all operations areas, setting timelines and processes required.
  • Collaborate with Programming/Strategy teams to ensure alignment with business strategy plans and provide feedback on operation processes.
  • Enter technical and operative information into media assets management systems and generate reports to guarantee proper airing of content.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in negotiation and tracking.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Television Studio Operation, Television Studio Production, or Direction College Degree.
  • Media Company Administration.
  • Fluent English speaking, writing, reading at an advanced level or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a multinational corporation.
  • Experience in media operations for at least 3 years.
  • Experience in other roles in broadcast (playout, transmission, graphics, postproduction, content management).
  • Experience in Programming or roles involving working with vendors/distributors.
