We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Content Strategist & Team Lead to spearhead our content efforts and drive impactful campaigns. With a strong understanding of social media platforms, viral trends, and video content creation, you will be able to develop and execute effective content strategies that align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with brand goals.
  2. Brainstorm and plan engaging campaigns, including viral video concepts, advertisements, and social media trends.
  3. Collaborate with designers, video producers, and other departments to execute cohesive campaigns.
  4. Lead, mentor, and manage the content team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  5. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, and campaign planning (3+ years).
  • Demonstrated expertise in storytelling, storyboarding, and creative concept development.
  • Experience leading a content team with a track record of delivering high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging and persuasive copy for a wide variety of content formats (ads, blog posts, scripts, social media captions, etc.).
  • Write scripts for campaigns, viral videos, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and implement content calendars to ensure timely delivery of all content.
