Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the warehouse, managing products from receiving new inventory to dispatching orders to clients. This role is integral to maintaining a smooth flow of goods.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination, ideally within the fashion industry, with a focus on both eastern and western garment production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Assist with accurate tracking, logging, and monitoring of stock levels, ensuring all products are correctly tagged, categorized, and stored.
  2. Receiving Materials: Receive incoming materials, verify material quantities, inspect for damages, and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  3. Issuance of Materials: Ensure proper and timely issuance of materials as per requirements.
  4. Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring high standards of presentation and care.
  5. Warehouse Organization: Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, optimizing storage space while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.
  6. Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks and assist with cycle counts, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution of stock issues.
  7. Stock Audit: Assist audit team in stock audits.
  8. Reporting & Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of warehouse transactions and generating reports as required by management.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  10. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control in the warehouse, ensuring luxury products are handled and stored with utmost care.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A degree in supply chain or logistics is preferred but not essential.
  2. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the fashion sector, is advantageous.
  3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proficiency in basic computer systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. A passion for luxury fashion and commitment to upholding brand standards.
  7. Physical stamina and ability to lift or move products as required.
