About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educator to lead our Adolescent and Adult Learning Program in Jacobabad, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and assist the program team in meeting its objectives and the needs of individual learners.
- Develop and maintain effective educational programs within the learning center.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coordination within the program.
The incumbent will lead on learners' academic outcomes and ensure full compliance with program requirements.
Essential Skills:- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Good experience working with communities, teachers, and students.
- Excellent English language skills and good interpersonal, communication, motivation, and presentation skills.
A zero-tolerance approach to sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment is expected.
