Job Title: Learning Development Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to enhance our employee training initiatives by designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs. This role requires a deep understanding of learning principles and a passion for developing talent within the organization.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, design engaging learning experiences, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, driving employee performance and engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, employing diverse instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Develop innovative engagement programs for new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to succeed in their roles.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to training, participant feedback, and program outcomes for management review.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback, making continuous improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain and organize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all training materials are current, accessible, and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by staying updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas and technologies into training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
