Job Title: Frontend Software Engineer

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic Product team. As a key member of the team, you will technically lead the front-end implementation of our web experience.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work environment. The work schedule follows either an afternoon shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or an evening shift from 3:00 PM to midnight (UTC+05:00), both including a one-hour break.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reusable, scalable, and performant UI components using React.js and Next.js, aligning with modern front-end architecture patterns.
  • Integrate headless CMS solutions with GraphQL and REST APIs to manage and surface content dynamically.
  • Build data-rich dashboards, implement interactive experiences, and embed bot functionality based on specifications.
  • Convert Figma designs into responsive interfaces leveraging Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Design solutions with a customer-centric mindset, ensuring features solve real user pain points and deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, backend, and product, to refine UI/UX quality and content strategy.
  • Use version control tools and modern build/deployment systems to support CI/CD workflows.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies, effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and demonstrate delivered features.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
  • Ensure all code and processes comply with established security and data privacy requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Proven experience integrating headless CMS platforms using GraphQL and RestAPI.
  • Hands-on development experience with dashboard UI and bot implementations.
  • Strong foundation in front-end performance optimization, accessibility, SEO, and responsive design.
  • Ability to work closely with remote teams and communicate design coordination through Figma and PR workflows.
  • Strong product thinking abilities; understanding the 'why' behind features and how they contribute to the broader product strategy.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
