Senior Creative Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer/Creative Designer to lead visual identity and design execution across digital and physical brand touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking and artistic expertise, contributing significantly to brand positioning in international markets.

About the Role
  • This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the development of visual identity and design execution across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Creative Execution (80%):
    1. Design static and animated assets for digital platforms including social media, email marketing, and website banners.
    2. Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
    3. Develop in-store branding materials such as posters, displays, and packaging.
    4. Lead seasonal campaign design for retail and digital channels.
    5. Maintain and update brand templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
    6. Collaborate with marketing, product, and social media teams.
  2. Strategic Brand Development (20%):
    1. Work with senior leadership to evolve brand identity and visual language for international markets.
    2. Contribute to campaign ideation for markets including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
    3. Conduct visual research and develop storytelling themes for product launches and seasonal drops.
    4. Provide creative direction for influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
    5. Stay updated with global design and fashion trends.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in a senior design role within a creative or fashion-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
  • Expertise in social media design, UI/UX, and executing creative campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
  • Portfolio link (e.g., Behance or personal website).
  • Willingness to complete a design task during evaluation.
Preferred Attributes
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and modest wear aesthetics.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to translate business objectives into visual concepts.
  • Understanding of international design sensibilities and consumer behavior.
