We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for working with Python. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain:
    1. Python-based software applications and services.
    2. Clean, readable, and reusable code, following best practices and design patterns.
    3. Scalable and efficient solutions meeting business needs.
  • Requirements Gathering:
    1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements.
    2. Ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Testing:
    1. Perform thorough testing of software applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
    2. High-quality and reliability of software.
  • Collaboration:
    1. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
    2. Deliver software projects on time and according to specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Education:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    1. Proven experience as a Python Developer (3-10 Years).
    2. Strong understanding of the Python programming language and its ecosystem.
  • Web Development:
    1. Experience with web application frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Database Proficiency:
    1. Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL.
    2. Relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Development Principles:
    1. Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    2. Agile methodologies.
  • Tools and Frameworks:
    1. Version control systems, such as Git.
    2. Collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.
    3. Software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks.
  • Additional Skills:
    1. Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
    2. Containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Communication Skills:
    1. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
