We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Medical Superintendent with a strong background in hospital management.

Job Specification
  • As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for interpreting and implementing Clinical Management decisions.
  • You will oversee the Hospital's medical services, ensuring seamless planning, designing, and developing medical facilities in the Hospital units.
  • Organize the clinical Governance structure of the Hospital, effectively facilitating communication and interpretation of Management decisions.
  • Foster collaboration between Medical, Paramedical, and Nursing staff to achieve shared goals.
  • Analyze and review Hospital Medical operations in response to changing customer demands, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and ensure adequate Medical / Paramedical / Nursing staffing 24/7.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Medical Officers/Registrars/Consultants/HOD's of each area, addressing various requirements and admin-related concerns/issues.
  • Keep Head Medical Services informed of any issues in the Units and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Liaise with Marketing to coordinate Medical camps and arrange for specialty Doctors, technical staff, and nursing support.
  • Collaborate with HR in Medical and Paramedical Recruitment & Training.
  • Maintain daily reports from various departments.
  • Provide inventory management guidelines to Consultants of concerned departments and perform periodic audits.
  • Assist in internal audits of concerned areas and help implement audit reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant clinical registrations and government authorities.
  • Address patient grievances and complaints.
  • SUPERVISE day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of Hospital working.
