Job Overview:

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization's systems and processes. As an ERP Implementation Manager, you will be working closely with our IT team to analyze, implement, and maintain our Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing business efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
  • Work closely with IT to resolve technical and functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implement changes to business processes by configuring and updating Oracle E-Business Suite modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Maintain Oracle Financial Modules, developing and implementing new configurations as needed.
  • Develop and implement automation and reporting solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Provide ongoing functional support to IT, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Applications, including Forms, Reports, Business Intelligence Workflows, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with ERP users to gather requirements, test enhancements, and validate changes to processes, reports, or forms.
  • Support and work on additional enterprise applications as assigned.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Oracle EBS ModulesOracle APEX DevelopmentPL SQLOracle Report DevelopmentXML Report DevelopmentRelational Database Management System and NormalizationKnowledge of HTML, CSS and Java ScriptUnderstanding of Power BI Reports and Charts

Qualifications: Four to five years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in manufacturing industry, Bachelor of Computer Science degree, knowledge of relational database management system, analytical thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
