Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving new business opportunities, identifying leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across various markets.
  • Pitch our services to potential clients and tailor solutions based on their goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to proposal to closing the deal.
  • Build long-term relationships with marketing decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, CRO, SEO, etc.).
  • Track record of closing high-value deals, especially with U.S.-based clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working flexible evening hours to align with U.S. time zones.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
