  • Job Description:

    This role involves developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and drive sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to promote brand awareness and drive business objectives.
    • Curate engaging and high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
    • Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships to maximize ROI.
    • Maintain positive relationships and customer satisfaction by actively monitoring and responding to customer comments, messages, and feedback.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion metrics.
    • Evaluate social media content alignment with brand voice, messaging, and goals, maintaining a consistent tone across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content creators, designers, and product teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive strategies.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
    • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
    • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
    • Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
    • Solid understanding of social media analytics and tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to measure success and adjust strategies.
    • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and branding.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
